I tried to find a buyer's agent on Monday, Dec 23. Called the main office and was quickly greeted by a receptionist type person, very friendly and seemingly trying to help. After being placed on hold for a minute or two, told that no one was "available right now." He then stated that he would transfer me to the office manager, who would be able to find an agent. The transfer is made and everything went downhill fast. Once I stated the reason for the call (odd that he did not already know who and why someone was being transferred), the "office manger" proceeded to grill me with "how did you get this number?" The "office manager" has NO customer service skills and by the way he was spinning and telling me how their "office works," I will assume he has no management skills. In the course of two minutes, he grilled me on how I got his number, told me that he would not have been informed of the call before the transfer was made (WTH Office skills 101), that he is "in his car" as an excuse (Wait? don't realtors work in their car about 80% of the time) and he wouldn't have anymore access to information on a property than I can see online. (Total BS, I have often received copies of the listing papers and they often do have additional information.) It was a very weird and unpleasant phone call, from a potential client's perspective. He was horrible and I could not hang up fast enough. If the offices are closed and realtors are not working for entire holiday periods, have a recording on the phone. What is the point in having some poor schmuck answering the phones, just to have no one provide the potential client ANY help whatsoever. The ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a real estate company.

Anna worked hard through the whole process and did a outstanding job!! She was there through every hurdle and major problem and found solution to everyone of them. none of this would have happen without Anna and her team. She was completely dedicated from the first day to the very last. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else as a realtor and will recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home and wants the best to get the job done

Tom came with the highest of recommendations from a friend and he still somehow managed to exceed them. Tom is honest, timely, efficient, personable, and competitive. It is very obvious how passionate he is about finding you your dream home at the best price. He is relentless at protecting your interests as a home owner and is extremely patient in counseling those of us who know nothing about the real estate market. In a sellers market, Tom found us our dream home we never thought we could afford within our budget. He is well connected so inspections, getting a mortgage at a great rate, etc were all easy. Tom really went above and beyond for us with arranging last minute inspections and negotiating on our behalf. My only regret with this home purchase is that this house is so perfect for us, we may never need Tom’s help again. Tom - Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart.

As a new agent John L Scott is not a good fit. I wish they would tell new brokers how the industry works before they let them hang their license. Absolutely no guidance or support for new agents. I went to Keller Williams and the culture there is amazing, they actually sat me down and gave me all the tools to succeed. Part of this lands on me for choosing this brokerage but at the same time please communicate to new agents what you’re actually getting into! When I was with John L Scott I only had one hour each week to learn about the industry. Very upset with my experience with this brokerage seemed a little to cut throat and no support.
