Was shown a house and told everyone who's supposed to have come seen it has flaked and it was clearly stated that nobody else applied. We asked for two applications but the lady could only be bothered to bring one so we had to go out of our way to get it photocopied. We turn in our applications and after a few days i called their office to confirm whether or not my apps had been recieved. The secretary was extremely rude and treated me like an idiot for calling, when the property manager herself had said she would contact me days prior to confirm.. she couldn't even be bothered to do that. a week had passed with no contact, the manager calls me and tells me someone who had applied previously (almost as if she forgot she lied to me about the house having no applicants) was waiting on some paperwork and they got the house instead, offering me back my application fee. Apparently it's common practice for these people to lead applicants on with lies. Could have been searching for another place for that week if she had been honest and told me there was another applicant, but instead she wasted my time. I've had friends who rent under this agency, they appear to employ lots of questionable practices. Id avoid this place
