Joe was absolutely awesome! He made the impossible possible by getting my house listed for sale within 10 days after a contingent offer was accepted on a purchase. He went above and beyond by doing work that he wasn't expected to, not only for the house where he was the seller agent, but also on the house where he was a buyer agent. The latter was a unique situation and his work made our dreams come true with the change in setting. Joe was always available to council me too as it was a big change with a lot of moving parts.

We are truly grateful to have Ms. Villa MacNealy as our agent in purchasing our first home. She exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond during the whole process of our home searching and after closing. She's very helpful and constantly communicate to us even during off hours. I selected John L. Scott as my realtor for a new home purchase, based on the good experience i had with Desiree Lorentz when i sold my home in Ridgefield.
Villa was assigned to me, as a condition of my company-provided relocation package. I had largely narrowed down my search for a home in the area before we met, but she was very helpful in identifying other home builders in the area and she's knowledgeable about the local area: places to eat, things to do, transportation, etc.
Villa greatly eased the home-buying process and helped reassure me that we made a well-informed buying decision. We definitely had a meeting of the minds when it came to evaluating the best homebuilders in the area and selecting the right home in a good location and within my budget.
She also helped in negotiating with my previous mortgage lender in hopes of securing a more favorable interest rate. Her communication with me was largely via text message and email. It was transparent and quick, which i appreciate since i travel almost constantly for work. I recommend Villa enthusiastically, and without hesitation.

10-Stars! Liana Baker is the most attentive, hands-on, and competent real estate agent I have ever worked with! I would hire her again without a second thought. Not only did Liana represent my very best interests in marketing and selling my house, but she took extra time to manage contractors performing work all around the house (I live out of town) and made sure their work was flawless. She recommended professional contractors from many trades, scoped out their work, and followed through right the end. Fully invested, she and her husband went the extra mile by checking on the house, clean up here and there, some repairs, and treating the home like it was theirs. The net result was a sale over asking price, quick closing, and a happy happy happy seller. No amount of praise or words can do justice to the STELLAR service of Liana Baker! If you want action and results, I would bet on her every time.
