I've lived in the Mesa Terrace apt for about 6 months and I have been harassed which is against the house rules which is grounds for termination but said it's a "personal" matter and can't do anything. It feels like the management is using retaliation against me. They sited the house rule in which she broke and still they refuse to do anything about the situation. The tenant has even violated the criminal and wrongful house rule as well which is cause for termination. It feels like this company will do anything to maintain government funding. If i could I would give it 0 stars hope to leave soon

After ten years of living in the same apt this company had a seventy year old woman with a cat evicted and gave her two weeks to move out. Her and another Tenant we’re not getting along. Don’t know the whole story but it seems a bit severe to put her out when she has been there for ten years without incidence . She has no where to go no car to move her things to a storage unit on limited income physical difficulties seventy four years of age and now her cat got scared and ran away. What kind of people treat people this way. I give no stars to this company.

This company manages Craig Gardens Apartments. Simply put it, these guys are cutthroat. They take advantage of elderlies who can't defend themselves and afraid be being evicted .. They run the property like an army base. If they could, they would have a curfew time.

If you are buying a condo..check to make sure that this company is not the management company. I have owned condos for over 20 years and they are useless. The do nothing company. Be sure to ask your realtor before you buy. The only thing they are good at is writing nasty letters and they do not follow CA Condo laws.
