We are sorry that you were not able to lease the space you wanted. Ten (10) days after you submitted an offer to lease, you were told that loud music would not be allowed next to a doctor's office and a bank. You requested that we complete a noise assessment, and we found the music sound and vibration was too much. After you were told the space is not appropriate for your use, you repeatedly requested reconsideration. Your use not being appropriate for this location has nothing to do with how the agent helped you.

My reply to you:

I had been in negotiations since early October 2021 and had a final lease drafted in late November. It wasn’t until mid December that you decided my business wasn’t acceptable to your space. Your 10 days statement is as false as ever! The music was not too loud and I submitted a soundproofing plan at my costs and when I asked your office to give me a remedy, their repose was we don’t know how to soundproof or know anything about it. Having been in this industry of a similar business I am aware of what was needed to keep everyone happy. The other tenants you are referring to also did not share a wall with the space I was trying to lease and there was no doctor next door at the time we had negotiated a lease as it was advertised on the website as a sub-lease. Your office also never did any sound assessments. I myself brought my people and sounds system in to do testing and found that it was not a disturbance to the adjoining neighbors. My review still stands as is my experience with your office and agents. This experience I had absolutely was the agent and your office’s lack of communication and support.

This company and its agents are unprofessional and Matt Johnson is GREEDY!!! I was working on a property owned by him with one of his agents Michelle Davidson as a dual agent which was a HUGE mistake. If you want to lease a space from them PLEASE use your own agent!!!! I was in the final lease negotiations when all of a sudden they would not rent to me for no reason. I tried everything to satisfy the concerns and pay out of pocket for the needed construction that my business required and they got extremely greedy and started asking for more rent. They never update the CAM or Rents advertised on the website so be prepared to pay more than what is stated. This was three months of my life I could have put into a space that was much better. I finally found that location and couldn’t be happier. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY FOR A LEASE GET YOUR OWN AGENT!!!
