I recently had the pleasure of working with Jolin as a first-time home buyer, and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. Jolin is not only warm-hearted and knowledgeable, but she also has a great team on her side. Given the current state of the housing market, Jolin helped us navigate it with ease.

One thing that really stood out about Jolin was her exceptional caring nature and excellent negotiation skills. She negotiated an additional ten thousand dollars off the offer purchase after escrow was opened, which we are extremely happy about. Throughout the entire process, it felt like Jolin was helping an old friend and not just a client.

We met Jolin during one of her Open House. She was one of the few agents who were very professional and friendly to us. We were thinking about selling our house and moving to a Chino Hills. We met with a few agents within our circle but Jolin was the only agent who prepared a full plan and strategy to sell our house. She was also the only agent who offered staging, online advertisement and was quick to respond every time we had a question.

Eventually Jolin represented us to sell. We encountered an issue where buyer was trying to negotiate for lower price by requesting roof repairs/replacement. But Jolin helped us out by communicating with the buyer agent and managed to resolve it and sell eventually.
