I recently bought a home and used Jon as my realtor, he was nothing short of an amazing realtor and understanding gentlemen throughout the process.

We had a very rare and unfortunate set of circumstances in our home search, we had multiple houses fall through in the closing days due to foundation issues and Sellers / Sellers listing agents go dark or crazy the last minute. I'm talking going back on what they verbally agreed upon, trying to cover up foundation isues using engineering reports avoiding mentioning the issues, the whole 9 yards. It was extremely frustrating 6 months for us, and throughout the entirety of the process I leaned on Jon and would reach out to him and ask him 9,000 questions. As big of a pain in the butt as I could be, Jon ALWAYS responded promptly, professionally and tried to make the best of any given situation for us.

I'm talking coming prepared with a new pack microfiber towels he bought with his own money to try and soak up a leak that was discovered during an inspection in our closing days. He went out of his way to meet us at our most convenient time, which was usually after typical work hours during the week. I never expected a realtor to be so accommodating.

I can't say enough about how great of a person and realtor Jon really is. If I ever decide to buy another home or sell my home, I would not hesitate to use Jon again, if he would be willing to put up with me again. I can't imagine how bad our situation would have been if we didn't have him there to help guide us through the mess / series of extremely improbable and unfortunate events!
