Trying to get Jon to communicate with me was like pulling teeth. When he would respond he'd tell me to contact my banker (which I had done and was told that's something my realtor would be able to answer) or was made to feel as though I was wasting his time. I had to remind him he was the buyers realtor and that means he needs to communicate with me. At the closing, the seller asked me if I'd been told about a few things that he had asked Jon and Stephanie to tell me. They did not which the seller wasn't to happy about. Needless to say, if I ever decide to buy another house in the future I would not use them again.

I'd give Howard Miles and Century 21 Affiliated in Fennimore a hundred stars if I could. They went above and beyond anything I have ever observed before when selling my house. I'd moved from Lancaster several years ago and had a very difficult tenant in my house. Because she always paid her rent on time and kept the heat up in the winter and didn't cause intentional damage I kept her as a tenant, even though she made showings extremely difficult and repeatedly removed the for-sale sign. ]

Howard Miles was so diplomatic with her and managed to sweet talk her into cooperation when necessary.

My tenant left the house dirty (though at least empty) but for some reason she moved all of the appliances such as the stove and refrigerator and dishwasher down to the basement, and she also unhooked the washer and dryer and moved them into a different room.

When my tenant left, she #1 also left behind hundreds and hundreds of pounds of sand in the yard where her kids' sandbox had been and #2 for some strange reason moved the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher to the basement and #3 unhooked the washer and dryer and moved them to a different room. I was a complete wreck because this was jeopardizing the closing. Howard (the Century 21 Realtor) pitched in and showed up with a trailer and helped my husband and me load up these hundreds of pounds of sand. He also showed up with a two-wheeled cart to assist us in moving the appliances back up the very narrow basement stairs, and also assisted us in moving the washing machine back to the laundry room and re-hooking it up to show the buyers it actually still worked.

I have sold five other rentals over the years and Howard went far above and beyond what any other Realtor I have dealt with over the years and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Unfortunately there are only five stars to use when rating on Google; if I could give him a hundred stars I would.

We bought a house through Century 21 Fennimore and we were satisfied with the service. We listed our property with them and we did sell it. However that sale was not done correctly and as a result we were not paid for the LP in the tank. Now the new refused to pay for. Needless to say we will not be using these Realtor in the future.
