I have worked with Jon Polenz now for several years. He manages our rental property for us. Our property is in better shape now than when we were taking care of it. Jon is detail oriented and he knows how to take care of a property. I think most importantly Jon knows how to manage things in a very professional way that is clear and transparent. I always know what his intentions are and he always communicates with me what he feels is best for all concerned.
If you do not want to have to worry about your property then use Jon. You will not be dissappointed

Called to talk to a Justin. he returned my call two days later. I told him I was driving and did not have my question with me. I asked why it took two days to call back. His answer was he was busy?
I asked is this how you handle new clients and their and the present clients. To busy made me think is that now they treat people at the rentals? Is that now they handle complaints?
My statement to him was maybe you are to busy to handle my rentals?
He answer was Have a nice day and hung up?
Great customer service ....He sounded very arrogant!
almost like saying I don't need you you need me that's why you're calling me, so I can take over your rentals and take your money RIGHT?

I witnessed a lot of the abuse when I lived there. They are more unreasonable than a cheap apartment complex. I have since moved out, and the rent was $5k+ for this property, and my new rent is $2k and I get treated with 10x more respect, I don't get bills they are responsible for, shoved down my throat like mold remediation.

Absolutely terrible. Thankfully, I met someone recently who actually knows the owner of the home, not Jon Polentz who just manages it. I am currently drafting a letter to send to inform them of the reviews this company has, which are atrocious, and the irreparable damage they are doing to the properties and their tenants.

Jon Polentz and Justin Polentz ONLY serve themselves and the property owner. Tenants are trash to them, as shown by their numerous actions. The property owner will be informed of the decisions you are making for them and causing them losses in tenants and building damage. They don't put a penny in, they force tenants to repair their mistakes.

Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for Property Management services.

Honest and straight forward family owned business. Managing your property/real estate investment is what they do, and they do it best. These guys delivers results and they will make sure you get your rent payment every month. I love their online customer portal service where I can log on and get a copy of my monthly statement for tax purposes. My previous property manager didn't have that option.

I can't believe this company. I will not be called stupid because I'm not an expert in real estate law. Yelp reviews are terrible and I know why. We aren't their customers, their building owners are. They couldn't care less and in fact they are down right hostile. After 6 and a half years, they are down right nasty people. I wouldn't rent anything from them and would never recommend them to anyone let alone you.
