This was the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had and that was even despite the nationwide software issue they were effected by. Rick was an excellent sales associate who answered all my questions and Tim, the finance manager made everything happen pretty expeditiously considering having to do most of the paperwork by hand. We were given a very fair trade value on our vehicle and were able to wrap up the whole transaction in just a few hours. We also got the absolute best price that we couldn’t find anywhere else. If you are looking to purchase in the Phoenix Valley, I would highly recommend taking the little jaunt up to Wickenburg and giving them your business. You’ll be taken care of better than anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Brought my 2019 Ram in for tires alignment and inspection. Appointment was with Tina. Got vehicle in on time and kept me in the loop the whole time. Zach (the tech) went over a couple things that he found in the front suspension. I was in and out in little over an hour. Not bad at all. Tina is awesome and will be sure to book with her in the future.

I drove many places and did much research on trucks prior to my purchase. I was disillusioned with the prospect of working with a car dealer. I spoke to a friend who assured me Jones in Wickenburg was not like the big city car dealers I had previously visited. We drove up to see Chuck and we talked about trucks. He told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. It happened exactly as he said it would. No pressure, no stress I kept waiting for something to go wrong and it never did. Since moving from Gilbert to Surprise recently, I conducted my research and due diligence and decided to entrust my service business to Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a small town dealership located in Wickenburg, AZ. I was due for my second oil change despite not having surpassed 5K miles on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s 4Xe. In addition, my A/C was not blowing with the same force it did 14 months ago, and said air was not as cold. When I called Jones Jeep dealership on 07/12/24 they said no worries, we will have it done while you wait! I was in and out in slightly less than two hours, which was a first for me. My service advisor; Rimmel Narsi, who was extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and engaging, explained to me that the napkins I placed in my glove box had overflowed into the cabin filter located directly behind my glove box, which caused the lack of airflow and cold temperatures that I once enjoyed. Apparently I’m a napkin hoarder. Now my Jeep is shooting ice cubes out of the vents Which is comforting, especially when it’s 115°.
But wait there’s more…I called Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram today to schedule my wife’s 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change. Once again, we received a same day while we wait service experience! My service advisor; Carlos provided us with a 5 star experience!! The sales manager, Matt Dahlin walked into the waiting room and introduced himself to us. Matt is the real deal. He provides unparalleled customer service, honesty, transparency, and has integrity for days! I highly recommend Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!

Performed airbag replacement exactly as planned. Had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Waiting area is nice and clean with complementary wifi, coffee, and popcorn. Clean customer restrooms as well. The service adviser I worked with, Nick, was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a unique and surprisingly enjoyable car buying experience here. I live in Las Vegas and was traveling through Wickenburg when my car broke down. Carlos (sales) came and picked me up and found me my perfect car, and helped me through the buying process. Also Matt (sales manager) worked with my unique situation to make sure we were treated like family. We found a truck online at a great price. It was after hours so I sent a message for someone to call us and they did first thing the next morning. They answered all our questions and Carlos was able to take care of everything over the phone. They even delivered our truck to us as we were having a hard time finding a time my husband and I could come pick it up. They had all the papers ready to go when the truck was delivered so the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. They also filled the tank up with gas!! When I told them I was having trouble finding an interest rate below 8% (our last vehicle we bought two years ago was 2.97% so I was in disbelief) their finance guy found us a bank to finance for 1.25% less than the lowest I could find!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased over the internet with Jones and both times we have found them to be the lowest priced with the most accommodating employees. We will definitely purchase from them in the future!
