Jose Luiz Morales & his staff were so great in dealing with the sale of our house. It sold in about 3 days WOW. We were having problems moving tenants out but his staff handled the whole situation to vacate them. Also Jose Luiz, Maria n Camila have all the resources to get our house cleaned up after tenants left a huge mess. Maria & Camila kept us well informed about the the tenant situation & anything that needed to be cleared up so escrow could close without delay. I cannot recommend Jose Morales and the Morales Group highly enough. He and his team, and all his adjacent colleagues, were a godsend in selling my recently deceased father's house in the Fall and Winter of 2023. His proactive search for additional assumable loans during the summer of 2023's rising interest rates and his genuine care and willingness to help people led directly to a solution for me at a very challenging time. In my case, the solution he offered was that my father's VA loan (with a 2.75% interest rate) was assumable by non-military personnel who loan qualified. This information was not widely known in the field, nor known by the lender.
