Selling our 3 acres and hillside home in Dorset that was my husband's and my mountain retreat for 41 years could have been a challenge and a huge hassle. My husband and I have ad a place in Landgrove since 2005. We spend many wonderful years in the lovely rural community with our children , grand children and dogs .
As we were looking and feeling the later stages in our lives we looked for a smaller setting with the conveniences of more restaurants , shopping bookstore, and paved roads close by.

The next day we were supposed to look at avnewly constructed house , but on our way over there Laura intercepted us and said :follow me this house just came back on the market : this is your house.
An hour later we made an offer, Laura had been right on , the minute we stepped into the door we felt this is what what we are looking for .
