Paid the $25 application fee. According to VA code landlords can charge this for background checks, credit checks, and employment checks. None of them were done. 8 months later and several calls and emails the only response I've ever received was "we don't handle applications." My application has disappeared and they want another $25 for another. Looked for an owner everywhere short of going to the county office to see who owns that property and it's hidden for a reason. Almost tempted to hire an attorney for $1000 to get the $25 back, which sounds ridiculous, but at least maybe they'd stop scamming people from hard earned money. At least say there's nothing available at the moment. ANY response at all would have been sufficient.

I have had many problems with this place ever since I moved in 2 years ago and mentioned it has black mold which they still refuse to acknowledge that it does. I never receive a lease renewal reminder nor did i receive a rent increase notice (very drastic increase) while other tenants I know did receive them. Patricia the property manager is very unkind and very rude. Never answers the phone, every once in awhile will email back. Doesn't work with you on any issues and usually doesn't want to hear about it. If anything breaks good luck getting it fixed. My AC went out while I was on vacation and I got back and put in 2 maintenance requests, (there is no separate number for maintenance) called and emailed twice to have it fixed because it is 92 plus degrees out and was a little hotter inside. I was told someone would be over to fix it soon and hours and hours later nobody has came to fix it. 2 days later it got fixed There has been so many other issues but never resolved and all I get is attitude when I mention them. The neighborhood is great and never any problems just with management and maintenance. There is no other number or person you can call for anything besides Patricia the property manager, so if she doesn't help you there isn't anyone else to turn to.

I stopped by the apartment complex because I called about 12 times and the phone was never answered. The woman was outside smoking. When we walked up she basically ran back inside and locked the door. We knocked and she slivered out, as if she didn't want to deal with us. She was super defensive and didn't want to anwer any questions. All I said was I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment, and that the website said there was availability. She was extremely rude right off the bat. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have never come across someone that rude before. From a business standpoint how she treated me, my sister, and my mother was completely unacceptable. We were not rude or anything. She shut the door in our faces and said "You people always argue"....It felt like she just didn't want to talk to me because I'm black. No one was arguing with her at all. My mom was trying to get some more information about other floor plans and this woman was simply the worst with an absolutely disgusting attitude.. I stayed back for a few moments and watched her let this older white woman into the office and actually be nice to her. I would not recommend this apartment complex as long as the white lady with long brown hair is working in the office. That was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had looking for an apartment, and also working in customer service. If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. Absolutely deplorable.

Literally had to call THREE times before the phone could be picked I asked one question and that was "are there any townhomes available" management was very rude about her response and said no and hung up. Did not ask if I needed anything else. Also my boyfriend had called back and she hung up on him twice and the third time she didn't even speak she just picked up and did not say anything to him. Shes a very rude person. I work as sales associate and I know how unprofessional that is...not only that it just comon sense to have curiosity to other people. Like I'm really interested and living here but mangment pushes people away. Calling them is not the best option because you'll get a rude response or no response.

I’ve lived here about 6 months and love it. After living in a ‘luxury’ apartment complex where there were extensive rules and nosey neighbors and nosey managers this place is a breath of fresh air. The apartments themselves are great for the price and the grounds are well kept. This apartment complex is also a community. There is life and children who play around outside and neighbors wave and say hello. There is definitely some parts of the apartment that could be updated but our space has felt very homey.

Just called to see if any town homes were available and the management was being rude and unprofessional. When I asked her if there were any units available the only response she gave me was “no”. Whoever the lady is answering the phone is very rude and disrespectful, hanging up multiple times in the middle of the call just because she was too lazy to help. None of the calls lasted over a minute. Don’t waste your time here. It’s honestly not even worth the struggle. Oh and by the way, the only reason their rating is the way it is, is because they go on every website and give themselves 5 stars and a good written review, which I personally feel like should be illegal. This is ridiculous, nobody should have to go through this.

Please post OWNER information. Nobody ever answers the phone or is in the office during POSTED office hours. So who do we contact next? The residents and potential residents deserve to be treated like they pay $800-$1100 per month. Not to be brushed off by rude “office help” that don’t want to be at work!

Left multiple message, no answer. Called, no answer. Physically went there, nobody there. Emailed through their website, nothing back. Impossible to get through to someone

Update: Went there, they were open but the glass door was locked with dogs barking. I called standing right there and finally someone answered. There's nothing available. I stated that their site said otherwise and was it updated. Responded no and hung up on me.

Phone mannerism is horrible. Sad because the place looks like a nice community.
