Joy's the best! We've worked with her twice - years ago to help us buy our first house, and most recently to help us sell that house as we prepared for a cross-country move. She's personable and down to earth, while also being incredibly knowledgeable and having a keen understanding of the local real estate market. Her creativity, outside-the-box thinking, and flexibility were invaluable in both cases, helping us land the perfect house for our young family, and then maximizing the house's value when it was time for us to move on. She's responsive, fun to work with, and has great recommendations for contractors/stagers/inspectors/etc., so we always felt we were in good hands. We're fortunate to have found Joy!

Joy is amazing! I have worked with her 4 times now; she’s helped me to both buy and sell. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, responsive and loyal. Everything went smoothly each time we worked together. I recently recommended her to my parents (their home was in LaVerne, a suburb of LA , and not Joy’s typical NELA stomping grounds). That didn’t matter, she’s a true professional, and did her homework, and very quickly sold their home for top dollar. She’s the best in the biz!

Joy Bolger is the consummate realtor. Our daughter had three times employed Joy. Ten years and twin granddaughters later we as a family decided to buy a multigenerational home out of state. Joy helped my husband and I sell our home of 44 years in the suburban foothills east of Los Angeles. It was absolutely painless! We had already purchased our out-of-state home. Joy handled every aspect of readying and selling our old home as soon as we left behind the moving van. Everything was handled via Doc-u-sign, email, text and remote mobile notary. Our old home was spruced up in a week and sold in less than two weeks. Joy kept us posted. I was fully focused on unpacking and setting up my new home, while Joy and her team took care of the sale of our old home. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Joy is truly … a joy!

There is no other Realtor better than Joy Bolger. She is honest, loyal, intelligent and has great taste. At no point did she push us into anything and always wanted the best for us. She was incredibly patient and never once got frustrated (or at least didn’t show it). At several showings she pointed out issues I hadn’t noticed and was always doing her best to see things from our perspective. She went out of her way to find us the best inspections etc and investigate the property as well as possible. She also did a brilliant job of negotiating - friendly but firm - saving us 10s of thousands. Honestly I have nothing negative to say. If you want a stylish and friendly realtor who will 100% be on your side no matter what (even when we had last minute doubts and started wanting to see other properties etc) Joy is the one. Working with Joy was truly a joy! Both Joy and Caroline helped us through every step of the process, and the ups and downs of the real estate market. It was a really long two-year journey. Joy was a great touch stone for advice, stepping in when we needed her to, but also letting us do our own thing when we needed the room to mull things over. We made several offers on homes, many of which we were outbid, or a couple where we pulled out because we got cold feet. We finally found the home that fit our needs and she has been on top of every aspect from start to finish. Not to mention, she’s just a great person and so easy to work with! Joy and team are amazing! They offered great advise on how best to prepare our house for sale and even passed us great contractors. Once our house was listed, we had a line of people interested in seeing the house each day. Needless to say that we closed quickly, escrow was smooth and we got top dollar for our house. Joy then helped us buy a new house a month after closing. Selling and buying a home can be incredibly stressful so it’s important that you hire an agent that you can trust and who will work hard for you. It also helps when you enjoy spending time with them and It was always a pleasure to meet up with Joy and team! Highly recommend!
