While inquiring about an apartment, I was told that in order to get a showing of the unit I would have to allow them to come into my current apartment and inspect it. Other than the pure obsurdity of this request for a mere showing it is wildly inappropriate and frankly pretty gross. This practice is by no means the norm when apartment hunting and a situation ripe for discrimination.

We've rented from them for 2.5 years and we love it! Everyone we've spoken to who works with JR is kind and professional. The few times we've needed something checked out or fixed, maintenance was at our house within a couple of hours or would schedule something with us if we needed them to come at a different time or a different day. The units in our duplex are pretty big and have lots of sunlight and storage, and best of all, they're affordable. And on top of all that, we're able to have our dog here. My husband and I would rent from them again in a heartbeat and we've recommended them many times.
