I’m currently renting and my little apartment is great. The workers are amazing and the property is safe. Property manager doesn’t care if you’re single with no kids she’ll ignore your texts about noise complaints and tell you straight up “kids will be kids” and will get offended if you tell her otherwise. Even though the child belts ear piecing screams all day and the tenants have the audacity to keep the doors and windows open all day.

In addition to that I told her my neighbor recorded me with their cell phone in the dead of night with the flash on. She said “I’ll talk to the tenants around to see what they saw”… she’s not very good at articulating herself and or ignores you completely. Other than that the workers are great and the apartment is safe.

We have had a great experience at our South Torrance apartment with JRC. The pool and courtyard are well maintained, neighbors are nice and friendly and rent is reasonable. Our manager Megan is helpful and attentive. She is great at communicating and resolving issues. The maintenance staff are professional and quick. We have been here close to 3 years and are happy to stay. Would recommend to others looking for a place to rent!

Can't say enough how great my building manager, Pimjai is! I moved to my home under JRC about a year ago, which was a seamless process thanks to Pimjai. She is consistent and supportive, and very quick to answer any questions and needs I have.

As for my apartment building, it is excellently managed, with no major issues in-unit, as well as weekly exterior maintenance - it's clear that the building is prioritized and cared for!

Overall I'm grateful to have found a home and neighborhood I love, with a professional and responsive team.

Our apartment complex in Torrance has been great to us within this first year of being tenants. It’s perfectly shaded with greenery, it’s clean & quiet. We definitely appreciate our managers, Mindy and Rafael. They attend to any issue in a timely matter. Even in passing, they greet you by name with a smile on their face. This building is definitely kept up by great hands who truly make an effort. Mindy & Rafael are the kindest people.

Lucky and Suzanna have been wonderful managers and answer any of my needs or questions in a timely manner. The maintenance team has also been on top of any issues that arise. Marlen Ellis, our apartment manager, has been consistently dependable, accommodating and very professional. She, including her whole family, are very warm and approachable. They treat the tenants like their own family. Her smile would instantly make you feel comfortable and she responds very quickly to any issues, showing her deep commitment to her job. She is definitely an asset of the company.

I love my apartment and my apartment complex. 23910 Ladeene in Torrance is a wonderful place to live, and it's because of Megan Chandler, our Manager. Always available and very responsive, she handles issues and solves problems quickly and completely. More than that, she follows up to make sure the resolution is satisfactory. I have never had a more communicative, professional, and all around friendly and caring apartment manager. There are other places I can live that are less expensive but I am not going anywhere.
