The only reason that I gave JRC realty one star is due to the fact that Google won't allow me to give 0. The lease that they used on a rental property that I own was intended for an apartment complex, not a house. There are multiple clauses in the document that do not apply to a home. Second, I called him to ask about the quality of the lease document and he told me that it came from Sirote (A very well respected law firm in Birmingham). I have many friends at Sirote, and sent them a copy of the lease and they verified that it did not come from their office. Third, the lease that he had executed didn't have all of the signature lines signed. Because of this clown we are having a great deal of trouble getting the tenants out of our house. I can't tell you how bad of a job this guy does, and wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Do not buy any properties that Alvin Johnson of JRC Realty or Johnson Real Estate or Johnson Realty lists! As of 10/28/2018, he lists properties in Mountain View Forest, Ensley Highlands, Hoover, and two other properties in Birmingham. He and his wife Carole are deceitful and dishonest!! Find another agent and company to give your business. They can not be trusted!!
Don't be fooled by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating for this company of A. This company and its owners - Alvin Johnson and Carole D. Johnson - are deceitful and dishonest. This company deserves an F. Alvin Johnson and Carole D. Johnson committed contract fraud by lying about a flood plain on the lot that they sold to me. The lots behind my house floods every year and then floods my lot. Do not do any business with this company or any company that they own!!! Choose a company other than The Johnson Realty Company, JRC Realty Group, or Oxmoor Landing LLC. Ask around. Others will confirm their deceitfulness and dishonesty. Other realtors confirm that Alvin Johnson is dishonest. If you do business with this company, you will have problems. They filed bankruptcy to avoid paying the many creditors that they owe. They got to keep their 6930 square foot home and two expensive Mercedes Benz cars. Check the Bankruptcy Court records to see how many creditors that they deceived. Do not fall victim to their scam!
Alvin Johnson and Carole D. Johnson misrepresented the contract between me and them as approved by the Birmingham Association of Realtors, when the contract was in fact obsolete and no longer approved by the Birmingham Association of Realtors at the time that I purchased the lot. BEWARE OF ALVIN JOHNSON AND CAROLE D JOHNSON!! I would not recommend that anyone do any business with him, her, or their companies - Johnson Realty Company, JRC Realty Group, and Oxmoor Landing LLC. They are deceitful and fraudulent. I would give this business a zero, if I had that option.
