THANK YOU, Michael Harris for taking care of my request so quickly. Unfortunately not all the repairs have been done quickly, but I was extremely impressed with the speed at which this plumbing service was done. I called you shortly after 12 noon. Within 30 minutes I had a call from the plumber trying to schedule ASAP service for me; and within 3 hours the plumber was ON LOCATION and REPAIR COMPLETED. I too own/run a business and there is nothing better than having customer priority and satisfaction. You DELIVERED just that! Keep up the PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL work!!

Working with JRealty has been a terrible experience! They are anything but professional, unresponsive, and seem completely uninterested in making the process smooth or manageable. Dylan and Nick, in particular, were unhelpful throughout the rental process. Our questions were met with delays, vague answers, or outright neglect, and nothing was handled efficiently or with care.
