Exceeded my expectations! Will Schlosser (and Colleen) are exceptional to work with. They listened to my 'want list', and helped me to narrow down a search of potential properties. This team is not reactive, they are very proactive; mailing letters to potential 'off market' sellers that fit parameters of my search. I was able to look at two 'off market' locations that fit the bill. All being said, they have grit, a can do attitude, and they go well above and beyond other realtors in the commercial space. Will Schlosser was excellent to work with in my search for a larger space for us to hold music therapy and art therapy sessions. Seeing as our profession is such a niche and we make a lot of noise (MUSIC therapists) it can be difficult to find a space that works for us where we won't be intrusive to other tenants. Will was easy to work with and was open to my ideas as well as delivering ideas that were creative to our needs. When we found the space that I wanted to occupy, he was knowledgeable about what we can and can't negotiate. he instructed me to "shoot for the Moon" and that we would go from there. He was determined and fought hard to negotiate a compromise with the landlord, making the space doable both financially and structurally for our needs.
