Extremely pleased with our choice of Juhee and Justin Kim to handle the sale of a home in Fullerton.

Realizing we were in a declining market, we consulted with several agents on the best way to handle a prompt sale of a “70’s time capsule” home we recently inherited. We found Justin and Juhee to be extremely well versed on the Fullerton market, to be a great resource for guidance on what sort of work to do on the home (and what sort of improvements to avoid) and to maximize its marketability. Justin’s advice and his design experience (he has a degree in design, I believe) rang true to us, and were a valuable resource. Juhee’s deep experience in the market was greatly appreciated throughout.

We also found that their ready access to quality, timely, and reasonable contractors (it’s not so easy to find a good and reasonable painter on short notice) was immensely helpful. In the final analysis, we used a mix of vendors they recommended and some of our own to accomplish a light flip in about 3½ weeks from start of work to staging, photos and listing.

We found them to be proactive, accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They did everything they said they would do, and along with assistant Hannah, were a unified team focused on a successful transaction.

We have some experience of our own in real estate, but we found their specific expertise complementary to what we know and relevant to changes in the space and the peculiarities of estate transactions. We also genuinely appreciated that their approach to the transaction was business focused - we have a product to get to market - instead of resorting to counterproductive emotional appeals and pressure tactics. Justin’s tactical and strategic advice during the listing, negotiation, and sale process were very helpful as well.

I believe that selling your home is a lot more stressful than buying a house. We sold our first home and only had a very little knowledge about selling a house. When we met Justin and Juhee, we knew instantly that they were the one for us. Justin & Juhee are honest, very kind and easy to talk to. Hannah and Jen are also amazing, hands-on and killed it in staging and marketing our home. This team worked together and really helped to take the pressure off of us. We were so fortunate to have found them. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Justin, Juhee and their entire team.

Our house was a “HOT HOME” and a very large group of potential buyers came and we received an offer during our first day on the market. We waited a week until we were under contract and had a total of 9 offers! We sold our home above asking price and glad I trusted their selling strategies!

I have read some of the reviews about Juhee & Justin and feel that they have taken the words out of my mouth! Although the same great comments had been repeated so many times by so many of their clients, I still want to add mine to show our gratification and appreciation.

Juhee & Justine recently helped us sold our Fullerton house.

When Juhee and her assistant Hannah came to our house the first time, they explained everything about selling a house in Fullerton except pushing us to sign a contract with them. Unlike many other agents who brings a prepared contract to the first meeting, Juhee didn't bring one. She spent all the time explain the market and the process. Seeing a very knowledgeable Realtor teaming up with her son plus a young energetic assistant Hannah, we were confident that this team would do a good job (actually, they have done a Great job!)! After we choose them to represent us, the process started quickly and smoothly! The stager came to make our house more attractive to the young families; the photographer made a very professional online album to show the size and beauty of our home. We had one open house and received multiple offers within three days. Each member of this team had their own designated responsibilities and they work together to make this process seamlessly. From the date we signed contract with them to the date we moved out of our sold home, it took only two months! During this time, our only responsibility was to keep the house clean. They took care of everything else! In additional to their solid knowledge, decades of experience and high efficient working style, communication is another key area which I highly appraise them! We never hesitate to ask them anything. They always have the answer and replied us in timely manner. I cannot say enough how professional they are! We recently had the pleasure of working with Juhee & Justin Kim during the sale of our home in Fullerton.  We spoke with several Realtors and found them to be the best-prepared and well-informed agents, and it didn’t hurt that they had many excellent reviews on several sites and a great reputation.

Selling your home is a very stressful time, and Juhee & Justin with their attention to detail and team communication made everything much easier, especially since we moved out of state, which made our lives more difficult logistically.

Their team was more than happy to quickly get us an answer to all of our questions, and we had many.  Everyone on the team was always courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with.
