Julia is simply the best and kindest agent we ever had the pleasure of working with in selling multimillion-dollar estate (I must say we met top-notch realtors over the years but they pale in comparison). She had a sincere dedication and commitment all throughout the process that sets her above the competition. Responsive, available and always laser focused on what was right for us until she got the property sold to an international buyer. I cannot recommend her enough. Julia is hands down the best real Estate agent I’ve ever worked with. Not only did she sell me home for top dollar in a down time in the market, she personally worked on multiple days of her own free time helping me stage the house and advised on a myriad of decisions that go with that. And she wasn’t just advising, she was physically helping to move furniture, re Sarah’s and exit book shelves and help with redoing all the interior and exterior plants. Besides having a knowledge and grasp of the industry and market that is second to none, she is bright, funny, and most importantly would always find a way to stay positive during stressful times, and literally made me feel like I was her only client, and I was the most important one at that. Julia also helped me look at new places for me to live in and went on multiple showings on multiple days, and also became a trusted friend/advisor in helping and offering her opinion on some challenging personal matters I was going through.
