Greetings to whom is reading this. If you're interested in getting involved with the real estate market or looking to buy your first property don't look any further. Justin Borges is one the top and few honest individuals I worked with. Justin is invested in the clients needs and diligent in having those needs meet. It took us well over a year to find my dream house all while having bumps in the road for qualifications. However Justin was right there keeping me updated throughout new listings all while giving me encouragement and insight when my qualifications seemed slim. Justin even went through the extra mile to make sure the deals that I initially was interested in by which I found on Zillow weren't lemons or money pits. At times property listings had to be viewed within a certain time frame. I was not able to view them or get an idea before deciding an offer. Justin went to the property inspected, noted, and recorded things of interest or concerns. They're other situations that Justin came through for me. All in all Justin is definitely a trustworthy realtor that puts clients needs first before anything monetary. He is selfless and for that alone you can put your faith into him in finding the perfect home for you.
