I highly recommend Justin and Sarye Smith. My husband and I had the best home buying experience with them when we bought our retirement home in Palm Desert. We came from Pennsylvania to vacation and decide if it is a good place to retire. We were introduced to Justin at the end of our trip. So we communicated remotely. He sent us multiple home suggestions according to our requirements. He was very patient and promptly responded to our communications. We came back to the desert later and visited the top few homes we liked and decided to buy one. We completed the transaction remotely. It was seamless and stress free. Justin even assisted in renting our home until we retired and moved to the Desert.

This is the fourth home we've bought or sold with Justin and Sarye and we have always had an outstanding experience. On the selling side, they have worked hard to help us get our house ready to sell, list it and the right price point, and then follow through with negotiating and closing the deal.
