Josh is an unprofessional and ineffective realtor. Completely unresponsive to our realtor who was constantly reaching out to him and barely able to pry out information from him which ended up delaying our purchase. Need to schedule a final walkthrough? Silence. Need urgent forms signed? Expect a delay or 3-7 days. If you value your time, find another realtor.
