JWB Maintenance Review. I have had 2 issues in the past year 1was a dead pine tree, which was removed so fast, I thought faeries may have took it. There was no trace of tree left except a small bald spot where the tree had stood. Second was a AC issue Kristen a JWB maintenance coordinator, gave me stellar service. She listened and communicated what was going on to me and assisted me in expediting my repair. The vendors they used were professional, courteous and quick. They knew exactly what they were doing and I am quite cool again. A no AC issue is never a pleasure, but having a person to chat with and email made it less painful I had hope restored. so I give her team 5 stars for extra effort in their teams care and communications.

I've been a faithful resident for over 3 years. However not to communicate with my property manager at times disappoints me. I never receive a call back or email unless it's a news letter or if rent is late! So called today and had the pleasure of speaking with a young man name Jay he made me smile. He was he very professional and a pleasant person to talk with on matters that concerned me. His phone presence was key! Thank you Jay for answering my questions and being honest on things you couldn't answer. JWB needs to hire more employees like him. Upon moving from Houston to Jacksonville, I discovered that my water services were off upon arrival. I also discovered that my home uses well services for water. Once I contacted JWB particularly their maintenance coordinator Mr. Drew Bass. He coordinated with the vendor and myself all the way until my water was turned on and I was completely satisfied. He even offered some type of compensation due to having to get a room my first 2 days in town.
