Absolute garbage. Complete failure at communication ands basic maintenance.

It took 5 weeks for them to connect my gas stove just so I could even turn on gas through the city. They did not consider this worth deduction from rent until weeks of arguing and in the end only deducted $100 while I spent 5 weeks unable to cook food for myself.

Every smell from the laundry room enters the room.

There were literally animals living in the walls that I could hear crawling around.

They repeatedly pressured me to leave the apartment a week early while charging me the entire month's rent (seems illegal) and hired cleaners while I was in the middle of moving out. In retaliation for still being there, they lied and sabotaged my future lease applications by claiming I left trash they had to have cleaners remove (remember I hadn't even finished moving out yet).

There were literally holes in the walls in the kitchen and bathroom that I had to cover myself because bugs would enter.

There is no sound insulation. Anyone in the laundry room can hear every single sound you make.

Overall they are an extremely unprofessional unresponsive company and don't seem to care to even try to improve. Would not recommend. I eagerly await their response.
