I’ve been a tenant of Kalles Properties for nearly 3 1/2 years and I’ve always had a positive experience working with them.

This weekend I had a maintenance issue. I called the emergency line and left a message early this morning. Chris called me back very soon afterwards. He looked into the issue and called me back shortly after with another update.
Elizabeth, the general manager also called me as well and was very helpful and caring while helping me resolve the issue.

Mind you this is a Saturday so technically after hours, but they both went above
and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of promptly. Thank you both!

Kalles Community Management serves our community by managing our dues collection, paying our bills, doing our accounting, responding to homeowner inquiries, and finding and vetting vendors who may work in our 82- unit condominium association. The staff at Kalles is responsive and handles a variety of situations with professionalism and a sincere effort to understand our community and take or recommend the right action. We've used other management companies in the past, and are very aware of what makes for a successful relationship with our community. Our relationship with Kalles staff and management is a positive one which we predict will last a long time.

Kalles property management has been working with our Lake Meridian condo community for many years. They are always available and very helpful when they are called with any concern we have. I know some people will be negative with reviews but they don't realize everything that might have to be done in certain situations. You have to proceed with steps and go through some
difficult steps.
We have been working with our manager Melanie Bell for quite some time. She always responds or lets us know the status of
work orders or details for inspections. I enjoy working with her and feel she does a great job. She's very efficient and helpful in
many situations we have dealt with in the past. If we have concerns or questions she always has the answer for us. I really have confidence in her and enjoy her being our go to person at Kalles. Thank you.

It was with the absolute deepest displeasure that I leave this review. I am not one to review places, but feel obligated to share my story to help others avoid a similar fate.

It took almost 10 days to get a single person in this company to schedule a showing with me for a property. I was promised phone calls and email replies, and was left for days at a time with no response.

When I finally scheduled a tour, I showed up to a property with no one there. I called multiple times to see if someone was on the way. After 30 minutes of a no call, no show waiting game, I left. I had taken time off work to accommodate their hours, and it was all for nothing.

I can’t emphasize enough how unprofessional this whole experience has been to simply view a property. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t signed a lease yet, how do you think they would treat you as a future tenant. Steer clear and save your time and money.

Waste of time. I took a morning off to drive 45 minutes out of my way to tour a townhome and the company never let the current tenants know there was a tour scheduled so I never got to view it. The realtor that was supposed to do the tour was nice and helped as much as he could but he didn’t work for this company. They also had the townhome listed for the wrong price and on top of all of that, they don’t answer their phones, return voicemails or emails. I decided not to waste $45 on an application fee because how are you going to run a business and not even answer the phone? Either you’re short staffed or nobody knows what their doing. Either way, a simple phone call would have avoided an extremely irritated prospective tenant. Terrible customer service and it’s giving slumlords.
