Karen Seibert did an exceptional job representing us as our Listing Agent. throughout the entire process Karen was available to give us time-line expectations, breakdowns of what each step was and how to prepare. As seniors, in our 80’s, we had to sell our home of 35+ years to move out of state to be near family. We were totally “in the dark” about how to start the process. One of our friends recommended Karen as she had been very helpful in selling a “problem” house for her. Karen turned out to be a Godsend and held our hands throughout the entire process. Karen was knowledgeable of the local market and required documentation and legal requirements. In addition, she had numerous contacts to help us prepare the house for sale, such as minor repairs, cleaning and sprucing up the yard (even cleaning the garage and hauling trash away). All of her contact vendors were highly competent and professional. As we had already moved out of state before the sale took place, she was very diligent in keeping us apprised of all developments. She is a great communicator and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her knowledge, skills and dedication to her clients.
