All I can say is AMAZING!! We found Karrie on her Youtube Channel: Karrie Hill JD Realtor. We watched, learned, and gathered valuable information. At that point my spouse asked, "which realtor we should go with?" I pointed to Karrie.
She provided invaluable information that I have not witnessed of other realtors. Hence, she was able to share hot-new listings that weren't readily available to the public, housing forecasts, market trends, and specific data to a few of the regions we were interested in.
What I was looking for was a realtor who was fierce, yet professional. A realtor who would be assertive enough to fight for what we wanted and professional enough to work well as a team player. In Bay Area's highly competitive market, I knew this is the edge that we needed.
From the beginning of looking at homes and getting access, to the purchasing and closing of the home she was with us 100% of the way. I did not have to ask what was going on or why we didn't receive a response from the seller's side. She would text and give me all of the details.

And as a first time homebuyer, I'm sure you could imagine how anxious I was throughout the whole process. But Karrie seemed to calm my nerves by advocating for us when necessary in a very professional and timely manner. I never felt like she was trying to "sell" us a house nor did I ever feel pressure to rush through the process of choosing a home that we vibed with.
