Kathy Marcelino and the professional team that work with her at Keller Williams Realty, were a God send to us! She kept in contact and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. They made the selling process much easier!... We had a death in our family and I needed to sell our Aunt's home in California to settle her estate, which would have been very difficult,.. because, I live in Florida and Kathy went above and beyond to help us, she would go to the house and check on it for us, She and her team helped us to expedite matters, that helped me so much!!!
Anxiety levels were high at times being so far away, she would be there for us and she was so patient!.. But this just speaks to her commitment and professionalism making sure we were well taken care of.

Buying and selling a home can be so stressful. So we decided to we couldn't just have anyone represent us. It had to be Kathy Marcelino. She went above and beyond for us. Not only is she professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in all areas of her business but also very kind and friendly. She went above and beyond and I trusted her completely. Kathy had to deal with a very difficult tenant and she did it with grace and kindness. I highly recommend Kathy. Thank you Kathy, for such a smooth sale and purchase! We couldn't be more happy. And if we buy or sell again, you will be our agent!

Kathy met with us while we were tenants of a property she was selling, she showed up for the appointment dressed very provocatively with her plastic surgery very obvious and asked if we were alone much to my wife's disdain as she was upstairs listening to the introduction. She eventually was pulling her top closed but we saw what she was made of. Kathy tried to represent us in our home buying but she did not provide any comfort. She eventually sold the home we live in to our neighbors friend which meant she doubled ended the commission. Throughput the process she was very dishonest about the showings and even tried to get us into a deceitful accusation we had no intention of vacating the premises as she tried to get one offer through. We decided to consult outside help and found a wonderful agent to make things happen for us and it worked out wonderfully with or first home purchase. In the end as Kathy drove the real estate transaction where we were tenants, we lost some private property and she eventually accused of us of staging the loss. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. I give her 1 star because there is no other option. She deserves zero stars!
