Reaching out to Katie Pfaff was the best decision we've ever made. As a first time home-buyer with a laundry list of wants - Katie and Don were patient, knowledgable, and beyond helpful! We were looking to move to the Castle Rock area from Milwaukee and had reached out to several other popular agencies in the area before finding Katie Pfaff. We were interested in finding a property with homesteading abilities and Katie's vast ecological knowledge of the area was extremely useful when picking out our land! Beyond her knowledge, her patience and willingness to work around our schedule for touring homes (since we were 2.5hrs away) was really useful. We never once felt rushed into a decision, and as a first-time home buyer, Katie and Don helped us understand how various features on the properties would or would not work for us, going above and beyond to help us select and schedule our inspections and make the whole process easy. After about 6 months of searching, I'm happy to say we found our forever home and feel like we have established a lasting friendship with Katie and her family along the way.

Katie and Thomas went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend the both of them, they made it easy and as stress free as possible on our end by taking on the heavier burdens. If I could give Katie and her family 10 stars, I would. I had to sell a house suddenly while still out of the country for work, and Katie guided me through the process and made me feel like my needs were important to her. Once I got back we really got started and the house was on the market very quickly, her team was there to help with every step. I felt supported and like someone had my back. I can't tell you how many things they did above and beyond -from helping me with lawn care when I needed it, to finding quotes on repairs for me.
