We had a wonderful experience with Katy. She is extremely responsive and available whenever we needed her. Katy is easy going, made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy in anyway. We did not live in town so Katy became our eyes and ears and would timely see all new listings and send us videos. We were able to find a house that checked off nearly all of our boxes within just 4 months! Davis is a hot market, but leave it to Katy to write an offer that will seal the deal. We needed a home in Central Davis and close to the University…and somehow, some way, with such little inventory and high demand, Katy made it happen. We feel extremely fortunate to have found such a wonderful agent to work with. She is so professional and personable and very easy to work with. As first time homebuyers, we feel so fortunate to have chosen Katy as our real estate agent. She was recommended to us by a friend of a friend, and although we were originally planning to speak to several agents to find the right fit, we did not feel the need to look any further after the first conversation with Katy. She stuck by our side for 6 months of focused home searching in Davis, a time period that included low inventory and tough competition from other buyers. Katy was persistent but always patient; she was working hard to get us our home but we never felt pressured in our offers. She was extremely communicative and accommodating, taking time to speak to or meet with us at any time of the day or week. Being from outside the area, Katy viewed homes and met with home inspectors and workmen on our behalf on several occasions. For many weeks, Katy dedicated her Friday afternoons to meeting us to view homes outside of open-home schedules. It became a ritual we grew to look forward to and I already miss. Katy never hesitated in offering her time and assistance. We also benefited (and still do!) from Katy's many years of living and working, and raising her family, in the Davis area. She knows who to contact for just about everything related to home buying and maintaining, and continues to put us in touch with the right people.
