Katya Sheets was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn't respond immediately, she always replied no more than 5 minutes later. Seriously!

She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard stuff The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treated the situation like they she was purchasing the property – she will look out for you and have your best interests in mind.

Katya will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
