I have lived in two separate buildings owned by Keller and I have loved both of them! They treat you like family and are super considerate. The location is wonderful and the apartments are very affordable. If you ever have any maintenance problems, they are extremely prompt in getting it done! If I wasn’t moving out of the city I would stay with them for as long as possible!

I definitely do not recommend Keller Property Management. 1. The rental I moved into in August is hardly habitable: the foundation in the basement doesn’t appear to be touching the ground, the thermostat isn’t even accessible to the upper unit so the lower unit has to turn on and off the heat, the shower is too short to stand in, the electrical outlets were painted over so most plugs just sit/fall out of them, the walls and ceilings are covered in cracks/water damage, the wooden floors are splintering so you cannot walk anywhere without shoes on, and the windows are not properly installed.

When I made several maintenance requests only some things were addressed. Instead of giving a heads up via email - they just barged into the apartment unannounced TWICE.

The landlord ignores most emails and maintenance requests.

They started construction at 7:30 am in the apartment right below us and since the house is so janky it sounds like they’re in the same room.

I have only lived here for about two months and MPM as well as Kader Property Management were way more attentive and responsive than Keller has been. They are inconsiderate of your well being and do not respect or understand that the place you’re renting from them is your home.

I lived in the Keller penthouse (#601) at Washington Court for 7 years. I only moved because I decided to live in the country and now I already miss living there! All the other residents were great and represented people from all walks of life, students, young professionals and older people like myself. All the Kellers were awesome to work with, but I have to say Dan Keller is the best! If I ever had a problem or needed something fixed, he was on it right away. He was open to suggestions for improvements and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Washington Court or any of the Keller properties.
