Eric Robison and Travis Smith could not have been more helpful in helping my boyfriend and I secure our first home. We were totally clueless as to where to start, and Eric helped walk us through every step of the process. We were searching for a house on Beacon Hill remotely so Travis took videos and documented all the houses we were interested in. We would not have gotten our house if it wasn't for their expertise — we beat an offer $20k more than ours even while the seller paid $10k in our closing costs. In total, it took us less than a month to buy a house, even in Seattle's absolutely crazy market. Eric and Travis were quick to respond to any questions we had and we absolutely loved working with them.

What a great ride it was to purchase my first home. Most of the work was really about being educated about the process, and having expectations managed. Neither of those things are quick or easy, which is why it's important to have a great realtor. Travis Smith at The Union Group worked to answer all my questions and relieve some of the nerve racking fear that seems to come with making such a big purchase.
