Sell with Wes, I wish nobody would have the same selling experience as I had. Wes and Ebbie made mistakes in the listing, lied to us, poor customer service with extreme laziness. We were misled to choose an offer by mistake. When we escalated the complaint to the Bellevue team leader Susan and Aaron, together with the lawyer, they showed the rude and disrespectful attitude without picking up a call or talking to me. This is the traumatized experience for me, as an Asian client.

We completely did this whole "house buying," thing backwards by finding the house before getting in touch with a Real Estate agent or Mortgage Planner. Luckily, my co-worker had given me his recommendation of contacting Peter because of his recent house buying experience with him. We saw the house we liked Sunday on our first of 3 open houses, called Peter for the first time Monday and met with him later that evening. Between calling, texting and emails, Peter had already completed comp. reports of like houses, setup an offer that looked incredible for us, and was wanting to push an offer Tuesday night around 10:30pm... We told him he could go to bed and submit it in the morning. haha. Peter was very knowledgeable and a pro at explaining the ins and outs of how the process was going to go, what safeties are built into the deal for the buyer, inspection recommendations, and other tricks and tips that obviously came from his expertise. Peter was incredible with communication to let us know what was going on and the next step in the process. He even has fun custom celebration emojis that cracked us up when the offer was accepted, etc... We highly, highly, highly recommend Peter as a real estate agent, and we definitely will keep the recommendation chain going when I hear any of my friends thinking of buying a home! Thank you again!!
