Brittany Hansen is an exceptional agent. I've used her for selling and buying. She helped us get into our "forever home." We've been here a couple years and the client and community service events hosted at this office are phenomenal. Pumpkin patches, Easter Egg Hunts & Santa Photos. Community service for Red Day & Pop ups to raise funds for families hit by the hurricane. This office cares about it's clients and the community.

We bought a newly built home last month where Kacie Capuzzi and Ada were representing us as buyer's agent. We had a very bad experience with them and they were completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the process. Due to their lack of transparency, inability to represent us correctly and prioritizing their gains over our needs we at one point thought of walking away from deal.

Kacie misguided us at various steps and also made conversation with the seller without looping us in. She also threatened to sabotage and delay the closing when we asked clarifying questions or raised concerns about few issues found during the inspection. On top of this she was completely missing during the walkthrough, signing and key handover and didn't communicate well with us. As an agent these were supposed to be their duties which they completely neglected.

There were lot of red flags which we ignored during the process and our overall experience was very bad. I would not recommend anyone choosing Kacie as their agent if they care about their hard earned money and are actually looking for someone who can honestly represent them.

My partner and I had a deeply troubling experience dealing with Matt Dubas of KW Bothell Realty, and his associate Ethan Ames who were the listing agents. From the negotiation to closing, we seriously considered walking away from the transaction due to their lack of transparency, professionalism, and repeated delays and slow response throughout the process. I don’t usually write negative reviews but I feel my experience needs to be shared to warn other sellers and buyers working with these agents. I will not list everything I experienced on this review, but I will be following up with the Washington Real Estate Licensing Board to submit my complaint against them. Be cautious if you find yourself working with them. It’s important to have agents that you feel are professional and honest, which we did not experience with Matt Dubas and his associate Ethan Ames.

My wife an I had a great experience with Deanne Wilson as our Real Estate agent. We purchased our first home this past June and Deanne was there throughout the entire process--from initial offer to inspection concerns all the way through closing. She fought for us throughout the entire process. Can't recommend her and the Keller Williams group enough.

I was asked by Matt Dubas to write a review before the deal was finalized. The guy flat out lied to my father and I. When I had my duplex inspected I noticed the inspector didn't go under my duplex. Matt was right there as my inspection was being done and never had the guy go under my duplex. Don't use this company or Matt for anything. I still get emails from them, I block them and they find another way to contact me. There's a lot more I could add to this such as; Fairway Mgt and Matt said they owned a moving company and moving to Ocean Shores wouldn't be a problem. When it came time to move us one of them was running around the rain forest getting high with a Shaman and the other was partying with the cartel in Mexico. As a result one of their friends were used to move us, who held out for more money keeping my fathers breathing machine away from him in the process. I was paying the friend $2500.00 to move us from Everett Wa to Ocean Shores ( which seemed more than fair to move me and my 85 yo father). As a result of this my father ended up being air lifted back to Seattle where he spent a month in a downtown hospital. I initially had someone working with me about this from both companies but I guess they lost track of me during covid. There's a lot more I could say .... DO NOT USE EITHER ! If a lawyer reads this and wants to work in representing my now deceased father and myself please contact me. I'm not hard to find.

Ron Manalo and his team did an excellent job helping me purchase my first home! It was a smooth and easy process a lot different from what I heard about the process of buying a house. I definitely would recommend him and his team!!
