Jenna Johnson at Keller Williams Realty is absolutely AMAZING!! She REALLY listened when I told her what I was looking for and she FOUND IT for me!! There were already several offers on the house of my dreams, but no problem, Jenna had a plan and walked me through executing that plan. She answered all my multitude of questions, kept me in check when my expectations were unreasonable and orchestrated a team of professionals that made my dream of home ownership a reality. From inspection reports, repair request, title searches, escrow deposits, computer glitches and through two major holidays, she was on top off it all!! From the very beginning I started referring to her as The Earth Mover because it was the largest bulldozer I knew of. She just pushed any and all obstacles out of the way. First and foremost, thank you, Keller Williams, for having such outstanding real estate agents in Chico; I know a few that work out of this office, and they are both excellent. Our (my husband and I)experience with one of your own was tremendous. Sam Ditty was our realtor, and he went above and beyond when we were looking for our dream home. We moved from Utah, and our experience with our realtor over there was awful and very stressful when it came to selling our house after our move; it does come down to who you end up working with and how well that person knows what they are doing. When we met Sam, we expressed our frustration regarding Utah; the interaction with him was night and day. He treated us more like friends than just another client. He was genuine and stuck it out with us until we found the house that aligned with us perfectly. My husband and I are happy with the place we call home now, and it does make a difference who you do business with and sees you as a person and not just a walking paycheck. As someone in the customer service industry for many years, treat people how you want to be treated and stay authentic; if you can't, whatever job you do is NOT the right job for you. All I can say is do your homework before hiring a real estate agent. Don’t hire one just because you know them. I sold my house last year and bought a another house. I hired an agent from kw. And I ended up being threatened to be sued, due to the poor advice I was given. Having a good agent with years of experience is critical. He’s never checked in on us since the move. Some agents just want to get the transaction completed asap. And they will talk you into putting an offer on the first house you see. Get an agent that will truly care about your well being.

It's to bad you cant put 0 stars. I would put 5 stars if BRADLEY FOWLER did not work here. He was the utmost difficult person I have ever dealt with. He failed to show up a showing. Failed to answer if he was coming after waiting for 30 minutes wondering where he was. Then he went back and forth on even putting in an offered I asked 3 times to be put in. BRADLEY FOWLER is a lazy agent. I hope no one has to deal with what I dealt with. And at the end of the day, it was a waste of time because the terms under which the property could be purchased was changed last second, what a coincidence after a trainwreck with BRADLEY FOWLER. I hope in the future keller William's hires better employees. BRADLEY FOWLER soiled keller William's reputation to me.
