As first-time homebuyers moving from out of state, we were a bit nervous about finding a home in such a competitive market. Thankfully, we had Kevin as our real estate agent, and he made the process seamless. We only had a week to find a house, and Kevin cleared his schedule to accommodate us, even though he had no idea how things would turn out.

The market was a bit unpredictable, with little inventory and homes were going off the market overnight, but Kevin was on top of it every step of the way. Kevin had a packed schedule of showings for us, and when a house we were scheduled to see went under contract, Kevin was quick to offer alternative showings that wasn’t on our list and stayed in constant communication. One of those last-minute showings was different from the others we had been looking at, but Kevin encouraged us to give it a shot. That house turned out to be our dream house, and Kevin had our offer submitted just a few hours after our viewing. The next morning, we were thrilled to find out our offer was accepted, and Kevin had already scheduled our home inspection while we were still in town.

I had heard so many horror stories of realtors pressuring buyers to increase their bids or rushing decisions for their own gain. Kevin was the complete opposite—he was honest, patient, and always let us set the pace. When we did make a decision, he acted quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was in place without missing a beat.

Kevin truly took the stress out of the home-buying process from first introduction to closing. He is well-connected, professional, and incredibly efficient. Thanks to him, we found our dream home, and we couldn’t recommend Kevin more highly!
