I was hired to do a cleaning for Derek and he's never paid me. Even gave a $200 discount on the amount owed. I'm still waiting on a check and it's been weeks. It's disheartening and I feel used by this company. I did them a huge favor and stayed and cleaned for 24 hrs to have a house ready for them to take pictures and put the house on the market, just to be dodged! No one answers my calls. I showed up at the office to collect and still nothing to show! When they needed me, they kept great communication, but as soon as I finished the job, it was a huge thank you and a huge appreciation for me, then GHOST TOWN as soon as I asked to be paid!

Kellie Larson was amazing. She walked us through every step of the loan process from start to finish, showed us multiple houses always with a smile, and made sure we always felt comfortable, never pressured. Kellie would call us as soon as something happened even late at night just so we had out piece of mind. I would highly recommend Kellie if you are in the market. She will make sure you are taken care of and get you the best deal possible. She was our advocate throughout the entire ordeal. Thank you for everything Kellie. We are so happy in our new home.

We had some very narrow requirements but our agent successfully found our family a home that met our needs. Agent was always very friendly. Actual closing had some surprises that left a bad taste in my mouth but this was my first time buying a house & you live & learn. Overall still feel IMPRESSED by how hard our agent worked to successfully find a home that would fit my family's needs.

Zach was extremely helpful, caring, and helped my wife and I every step of the process. His team was super responsive to our needs and concerns and always was pro-active in letting us know what to expect for the next step of the selling process. The team is the consummate in professionalism.

The real value in their team is when unplanned issues arise (to no fault to if theirs) - usually this entailed either a showing agent accidentally entering our property instead of the other two listed properties on the street or issues with the offer, Zach and his team were there to mitigate the situation.

His team definitely made a stressful situation less stressful and even after the transaction, he’s kept in touch in seeing how the family is doing and growing. Very recommended!
