Quiet close neighborhood with actual yards! Like front and back yards big enough to run around in! Plenty of cool things for kids and adults to do within walking distance. A golf course, recreation center, lake access, and a visitor center with a lookout tower!

This Organization was organized by a small group of people many years ago. I have been paying dues for 20 years and feel this organization should be disbanded as it is a club for a handful of homeowners thar do for themselves and friends not for the whole of Kelly Ridge! Over the past seven years they continue to raise assoc. fees, and yet have let various streets be littered with transients, garbage and embarrassing destruction! Some homes dont habe garbage service, propane service and I have witnessed and been victim to multiple thefts! I reported several items just to see it take months to correct. Some still not enforced. I have requested to be withdrawn from this association to no avail. I habe been advised by a number of residents that they just refuse to pay the fees and these are the same people who during the night fill their neighbors garbage cans with there garbage! Many things have been reported to Sheriff's office who basically ignores!

Just go down La Foret Drive, a once all Senior lovely street, now filled with so many cars and garbage its an embarrassment! People moving in and out vacant for many months at a time and then multiple singles rent for a term, not keeping weeds at bay, etc!

Now to top it all off, insurances are being dropped due to Wind carried ember danger. Why doesn't Assoc. do something about that?

They also had no favorable results proving the Fire tax was illegal to force upon on us! They just let it die as homeowners continued to pay year after year! they boasted their legal team was working on and we would get refunded! Ha, when?
