I was helping a relative who was looking to buy a home that would meet FHA appraisal standards and was amazed and fortunate to find a realtor who knows so much about it. Kelly was clearly well versed in FHA requirements and gave us lots of helpful information about what things in homes might be red flags to FHA appraisers.

We considered manufactured homes and were amazed at how much Kelly knew above and beyond the basic FHA requirements for these homes. She knew how to tell from physical signs if the home had been moved more than once, what types of building and finishing materials were problematic for manufactured homes, but fine in other types of homes, as well as how to look for signs of problems that such materials were likely to cause.

Kelly knows far more about how to assess a building's quality and potential issues than any realtor I have ever met. And she was great about really listening to what we wanted and sending us promising listings. Zillow and Redfin are good for browsing listings, but they don't compare to a realtor like Kelly who understands our needs and has a keen eye on and understanding of the market.
