One of my best friends lives here. It's beautiful! Except there's a very aggressive dog. The owner should have the dog muzzled. The dog truly scared me. The owner was getting dragged up the stairs by her dog. Not ok. Especially if there are little kids present. If that dog isn't muzzled and takes off on a kid, that's a law suit.

Amazing building built in the roaring 20's I believe with what looks like hand-painted murals on the interior walls with an open air middle quad with 2 flights of stairs on both north and south sides that open to the glass sundome in the center. It makes a native Spokanite like me feel like I'm in a European country.
That being said, it was sad that the maintenance of the building is very much lacking and in need of repairs which I hope is only due to covid?😥

Amazing building! Old world charm. A lot of the original details still intact, which is so hard to come by these days. Tenants are very friendly. Quiet and secure.

This building used to be absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately some tenants have taken over the building and let their dogs poop inside and have moved their furniture into hallways causing for fire code violations.

This is one of those live old south hill homes that makes a nice apartment building. Secure door and a cute little fenced area in back with grass for doggies & kids.
