Shout out to Andy and crew! Had a major plumbing issue when my bathroom sink was dripping and then the pipe under the sink snapped. Andy helped me find the right parts and sizes to fix it. Very grateful for his advice and knowledge.

the employees here are very helpful and kind , very knowledgeable as well , i live an hr away from this store , i called looking for a drain declogger he went over my options and even pulled it so it would be there when i got there . once i got there it was fast and easy getting it and checking out

Rented a dump trailer the other day. From the time I took it I could hear a light bump coming from the trailer. I stop and looked the trailer over multiple times looking for any tire defect and could not find anything on them. I thought maybe the tire had a small flat spot on it. Later I found out it must have been a belt that broke because the tire blew out in the center of the tire. not a side wall. Told the manager this but she informed me it was on me and charged my card 170.00 to replace tire. I was willing to split the cost but she was not willing. I don't think it was my fault but just happened when I had it.. lesson learned. no insurance would cover it they offered before the rental. hope this helps someone else out.

I really like that I don't have to go to Lowe's or Home Depot now to get simple things. Sure it might be a couple bucks more, but a 3 minute drive and less than 10 minutes in the store sure helps get my projects done a lot faster. A soon as you walk in, you are greeted and and offered assistance. Great staff.

The store had low stock of an item I needed, so I bought what they had. I ordered the additional item online and the B'ville store had it sent over from another location. They not only called me to tell me when they should know if they'd get it as requested, but they told me they'd reach out and verify things went as expected so I wouldn't waste a trip there after an online order. The customer service is greatly appreciated after being run around by the big box stores, lately.
