Everyone needs to be aware of this rental company they rent units to people knowing the building has bedbugs they do the bare minimum to try and resolve the problem. The lady that “owns” the company put a eviction on me after months of me complaining about the problem we came down to a agreement that if we made the place look nice and not slander their name online we won’t get any record on our rental history after we move out. That agreement didn’t go both ways we did what was told of us and cleaned up and made sure the place was good for new tenants they still went through with the eviction and now it’s on my record we’re planing to take this to court and make sure no one else goes through this again Rita shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people that are just trying to rent a place to call home.

I’ve been a tenant for many years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. They even upgraded the home to central air when we moved in. Maintenance is fast to respond to any issues we’ve had, even late at night.

I've lived in 8 or 9 states and had dozens of landlord relationships and I can say that without any doubt and by a mile that Kenosha Rental is the best outfit with which I have ever dealt. They helped me get in when they didn't have to. They were responsive as they could be to requests. They helped me a lot on the out by structuring a very workable deal for everybody. Again, they didn't have to. At all. I never dealt with a landlord that has been as cool and fair. If anyone has a problem with Kenosha Rental, the real problem is staring them in the mirror.

The apartment is of very low quality. Everything is old and repainted, indicating numerous repairs. The only appliances provided are an old fridge and a stove, both of which are long overdue for replacement. The laundry facilities are practically non-existent and inconvenient to use. The corridor is rarely cleaned, resulting in a persistent smell of mold and marijuana. The area around the building is always dirty, and the leasing office completely ignores any requests from tenants.

If you’re considering this complex for living, I strongly advise against it. Choosing this place means facing constant discomfort and a lack of decent living conditions.

at Kenosha rentals for a little over 2 years. First one of the apartments and now a house that I love. They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues and discuss requests also they listen to your concerns. I have no complaints about them at all.

Luckily I have been in my own place with a private renting agency but I’d like to share my experience with the lady at Kenosha Rental 40th avenue. First off I’d like to say that I’m supieses anyone has ever gone through with her policies and actually obtained a property for rent under these ridiculous clauses.

She insisted on reminding me about 10 times that they do criminal background checks and if I would have any issue undergoing one. Ofcourse I said “ Go Ahead” and she continued to ask the question throughout the qualification process. She then proceeded to treat me like I was a criminal and like my background check wouldn’t pass. She then concluded that anyone to visit the foreseen property would also have to undergo criminal background checks and have to check in when they came and went!!! Yall are absolutely out of line and I hope no one ever has to experience that unpleasantry !!!!
