Ketchum Property Maintenance is our go-to maintenance service for landscaping, sitework, bush hogging, tree trimming, clean-up, snow plowing, sanding and more. Sumner takes the time to listen to the priorities, do the work, follow-thru and complete punch list items all within a very reasonably priced budget. In a market where reliability can be very hard to find and responsiveness a bit sketchy, Ketchum Property Maintenance stands head and shoulders above others. Highly recommended!

My husband, Ross, and I just had Sumner, of Ketchum Property Maintenance trim our hemlocks, some of them almost 20 feet tall. He and his helper did a wonderful, neat, professional job.
We also appreciated the fact he came when he said he would; something that doesn't seem to happen a lot nowadays.
Needless to say, we were very pleased!

My experience working with Sumner Ketchum has been nothing but positive.

He responded quickly to my email and showed up for our meeting a few days later. We discussed the work I wanted him to do and later in the day I received an estimate.

He just completed one of the tasks I asked him to do, completing it in a timely manner far exceeded my expectations.

Sumner was prompt and polite and very professional. He contacted me quickly to arrange a time to come assess my needs and Gabe me a quote in a timely manner. On the day he agreed to come pickup, he arrived and efficiently took care of all of the clean up. He was friendly and conscientious and did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend Sumner for all your yard clean up needs!
