Key Home Management has managed our home as a rental property for the past six years. Their service has been stellar! They have found excellent tenants for our home, have managed some large maintenance issues with clear communication and financial integrity. As the market has changed, they have appropriately raised our rent. We are now planning to return home, and they helped co-ordinate with our tenant regarding their need to move out of our house. Over the past six years, while we have been living overseas, we have not had one moment of worry about our home or our tenants as we knew that Key Home was managing everything on our behalf . Key Home Sales & Management has been managing my property since 2018 and have kept my property maintained and rented. During the 2020 pandemic, there were no issues with my rental. They have been able to tend to all the inquiries from the tenants for any maintenance issues and other inquiries. During turnovers, they are the filter to screen out the best available prospective tenants, which I believe is where they are worth their weight in gold.
