I just recently moved out of the Kenilworth Arms apartments since I was relocating but I had such a great experience with Key Investment. The property manager, Brenda, was so great at answering quickly with any questions or problems I had during my whole time there. The unit/building I was in was maintained very well and the people that lived there were also so great! The moving out process was just as smooth and painless as the moving in process thanks to Brenda! I’ll definitely be referring friends/family to anyone looking for an apartment at any of the Key Investment properties.

I have lived at this place for a year and had to move because of work relocation but I never had any problems with the place or the people living there, everyone including the maintenance people are really helpful and kind. Property manager (Brenda) has always been helpful even when I was away for travel I got full backup on everything I needed.

I lived on Kenilworth for 5years with no issues nice clean building. I recently moved to Crescent Blvd. Everything thing is going good! The 1bedroom apartment is bigger than I originally thought . The apartment was done beautifully inside!! Property Manager Brenda has been awesome to deal with these past years. She responds to emails in a timely manner and always has a smile on her face! I have referred family and friends to deal with her and Key Investment!

My experience at the westmont apartments has been amazing since day one thanks to Brenda, Shes helpful and always finds a solution to everything! Very friendly , Caring and Proffesional! I got my first apartment through Key Investment & Management, literally life changing in the best way. Brenda Ortega(Associate Broker/Portfolio Manager) was fantastic when she showed me the apartment and has always been a great contact person to help me navigate anything I needed concerning the apartment. She made it very easy when I transferred to one of the open apartments within the same building. Highly recommend!

I lived in one of their Downers Grove apartments for 3 years and enjoyed my time there. For the price I was paying, it was a steal. Spacious, updated kitchen, new carpet, and perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. The management company was also fantastic. If I ever had a problem or question, Brenda got back to me within 1 business day with a fix, usually by sending their awesome maintenance guy Beto. They are not luxury apartment people, but if you want the most bang for your buck with a friendly staff this is your company.

As of the end of this May I have lived at their Kenilworth Arms building for 24 years. They gave a 19 year old a chance, and I have called this my home ever since. The property is immaculately maintained. If there is an ever an issue with an appliance or otherwise in your unit the DO NOT hesitate to get someone out to you IMMEDIATELY! The community in the building is one of the most wonderful things. As everybody knows one another, and is happy to give one another a hand. I truly believe this is a special place to live, and I am FOREVER grateful to have found this place and call it my HOME for almost a quarter century.
