Cliff has been an amazing rental manager. I was looking for someone trustworthy to manage my rental property. Before I was using another rental company (Belong) and was having a lot of problems. Once I switched to Cliff and his team, everything was extremely seamless. He listed my place and within a few days was able to find some really good renters. He also definitely knows his stuff and answered all my questions about Washington law and how the process works. I'm really happy that my most valuable asset is in good hands.
