We’ve been here for a couple months after a house fire. I thought I wouldn’t enjoy being in apartments again but this place is really nice. It feels clean and homey. I’m very happy. The response time for maintenance and the office are so quick. They care about the tenants comfort. There’s a new gym built. They really try to create community here with doing different events. Every Saturday they do a small donuts and hang out in the leasing office. Small things like that help the community. The only thing I could complain about is parking. It’s a challenge to find sometimes. The garages aren’t very big to fit something like and suv. But that’s the only issue I’ve encountered. We are very happy to be here.

Terrible, the people that run this establishment are crooks. Their books don't add up. They are stealing from people and no one realizes month by month. They are getting away with white collar crimes. Stay away save yourself the headache.

Still terrible even after being bought out by a self entitled new owner. Cheap remodel of exterior buildings. Will need an update in less than a year.

Update, by discuss this further they mean (how can we silence you?) make sure you read your whole lease agreement. I invoke the right to speak about how this place really is. If anyone from atlas/keyway apartments has any concerns or wants me to change my view, fix your establishment. don't try to belittle me over the phone, (which they did) pathetic.

5 stars for Dean, the current property manager. I've had some issues with this place in the past and he's done an excellent job finding solid solutions on short deadlines.

Lived here from August 24th 2020 to September 16th 2022, when they were still called Atlas. Black mold everywhere, caused health issues with my family and pet, especially pet. Took over a year to recover from the mold and not even completely better either. Had to throw out majority of all our items since they were covered in the black mold I could never keep up with. Rest In Peace my wedding dress. Not only did I have to clean and wipe down surfaces continuously, but we also had a dehumidifier that I would get 1.5 to 2 gallons worth of water a day from. By the way it took months and months can’t remember but I believe over a year for anything to be done about the problem, they ended up not doing anything and just waited until we moved out to fix anything! We were offered to move into a new apartment but only days, approximately 3 weeks, before we had to move to California, and in my ill condition which was declining on top of already being disabled, I couldn’t move all our belongings a few hundred feet away by walking or using our tiny car, especially since we were already in the process of packing, I did not want to move TWICE in a single month. Different story: Had two large MALE maintenance workers barge into my apartment without any notice, and a singular knock AS they were walking inside. I was startled awake by them, walked out of my bedroom to see my front door being opened, yelled “WTF!!!!” And went to the door to discourage the intruders from coming in, I was half naked(!!!!!) (no pants, just an oversized sweatshirt), they pushed past me even though I had said I never put in a work order, and yet they still continued to corner me into my kitchen. Told them (the maintenance workers) BEFORE they walked in that they had the wrong apartment, and YES it was confirmed that they had the wrong apartment. I was told by management that they would fix this and have the main male hand write me a letter to apologize. No letter ever was written or delivered, and I was left stuck with paranoia for years. Thanks for the buy on get one sale: pay expensive rent, get free PTSD. There’s many more horror stories I have from this place, but nothing takes the cake like the men who wrongfully came into my HOME, I had to barricade all my doors for months afterwards out of fear. This apartment complex sucks! They are also stupid expensive for what you get, and love to raise the prices. Pictures(unfortunately I failed to take more than what I have): as you can see, every time it rained, our closet would flood basically.. Next to the toilet was all discolored from water and mold damage, was told it was a stain from us until they used the moisture meter and that shut them up real quick. The ceiling was slowly warping everywhere. The windows and glass door, haha funny not so funny story about these pictures, that’s the moisture of a single day without turning on the dehumidifier. Black mold on the wall where things were hanging. Oh and as I had mentioned earlier, there’s black mold on EVERYTHING even our dishes. I have a video of a bag of new never used toothbrushes that were accidentally left open for like two months, where I flick the bristles back and mold spores are able to be seen coming from the toothbrush. I honestly can’t tell you how much mold our bodies absorbed, but I can tell you just how sick we got, my lungs were in terrible condition, and years later still hasn’t equaled out and I’m still suffering from it. Our perfectly healthy, back then, one to two year old dog was having seizures, and thankfully hasn’t had any since we moved!

Before you move in WALK THROUGH THE EXACT UNIT. We were shown a clean, new, updated apartment for my daughter and the one she was given never got a move in cleaning, the carpet wasn’t even vacummed, the plumbing was so backed up it was on the floor, the locks didn’t work, the backyard was flooded with dog poop. And all the company will do is offer to clean it (after her stuff was moved in). This should have been done prior to move in and broken appliances replaced. This is terrible business and they will not refund anything or give any type of cleaning credit for what we have had to do on our own. Disgusting way to do business.

I've been impressed with how hard of a worker Austin, our maintenance guy has been. He's very kind and puts pride in his work. I really appreciate that.

I love this place. The staff and owners are really welcoming. They care and regularly walk the apartment just looking to improve the space. They hired more maintenance staff & made work order requests digital which went a long way in servicing requests. I’ve had a great experience with getting timely service from new tech after putting my work order in. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a peaceful community. The pics I posted are a view from my bedroom & one of the owner’s Corgis.
